All products sold on islander.lk are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice, subject to the following conditions. Except as expressly stated herein, islander.lk expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to D. Samson and Sons (Private) Limited, arising from any product sold on the islander.lk site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall D. Samson and Sons (Private) Limited islander.lk, its directors, officers, employees, or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to any product sold.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, islander.lk shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. islander.lk shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/ debit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, islander.lk will refund back to the credit/debit card.

islander.lk is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by islander.lk.

Only products purchased directly from the website can be exchanged at any DSI Exclusive store. If you purchased your products at a retail store or from another website, these products must be returned or exchanged at the original store or site from which they were purchased. You may return new, unworn, or unused products in their original box within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the goods were couriered to you. If the goods have been used, they will be returned to you, and no exchange will be offered.

Exchanges do not apply for sale or discounted items.

Once the items are sold, items can only be exchanged to another item only. Cash refunds are not entitled.

You are strictly prohibited from reselling any item purchased from the islander.lk website. islander.lk is a website that sells to the end customer and shall not be responsible in any way for items resold.

You may exchange new, unworn, or unused products within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the goods were couriered to you. islander.lk will only allow exchanges for items that are of the same or lesser value as the original style purchased. If you would like to make an exchange for a style of a higher value than the item originally purchased, you are required to pay the balance amount.
